When we opened our first location in 1982, we housed over 300+ paper maché parrots — many of which were brought in from our community. Today, the parrot and other charming animals are a deeply-rooted part of our legacy and can be found subtly added into our decor at Earls all across the country. From napkins to cheerful colours in our art, and even a larger-than-life bronze parrot statue, our feathered friends are a beloved nod to our humble beginnings.
